Verde Financial Services, Inc. was formed in 1998 to provide advisory and consulting services to financial institutions. Our firm provides consulting services to financial institutions in the primary areas of independent loan reviews, due diligence reviews, merger/acquisition work and special projects.

We have worked with numerous banks, ownership groups, law firms and accounting firms during this time for the various specialized consulting engagements.
